Femme et velo sneak peak: Shailie

I came across the location for our most recent Femme et velo shoot by accident, lost and trying to turn in our application for the East Austin Studio Tour on time. Just along one street were a few beautifully abandoned buildings, the clean sixties architecture of a middle school, teepees, Airstream trailers, and empty irrigation canals. In short, perfect spots to stick a pretty lady on a vintage cruiser.

Here are my quick, behind the scenes pics from the shoot. Be sure to check out Femme et velo for Mike Andrick and Zachary Hunt's beautiful photography.

This is Shailie. She's the first model who contacted us first,
and she couldn't have been more of a delight to work with.

We borrowed this beautiful English Raleigh from my dear friend Elizabeth Seward, who writes a must-read travel blog called The Anti Tourist.

Who's modeling now?

That's a wrap! Time to go eat fried green beans!

All clothing available for sale. Just send me a message if you fall in love.
